In 2011, at the age of 14, Brandon participated in a short-term missions trip to LHI with his church. He quickly realized that God was calling him to the mission field and he returned every summer after that initial trip to serve the kids of Esperanza Viva Youth Home. In 2018, after graduating in the US with a degree in Spanish Education, he attended Nations Ministry Institute and came on staff afterwards.
Ameyalli (Ame) studied at Nations Ministry Institute in 2017. During the course, she was reminded of her childhood dream to serve God full time. Ame joined the staff in 2018 and served as a dormitory supervisor. In 2020, Brandon and Ame began dating and got engaged near Christmas. They were married in June 2021. Brandon and Ame have a passion for serving the children. Ame is serving in Nations School and at the on-site laundromat, and Brandon helps in administration for short-term mission teams and visitors to the ministry. This young couple is hard-working and dedicated in each area of service.
