Since 2019, Karlee felt a strong call to serve in Mexico, where she met her husband, Erick, who had recently graduated from ministry school. They married in May 2022 and welcomed their son, Ezekiel, in June 2023. In January 2024, Erick felt led to return to serve at Esperanza Viva, where Karlee continued her work with the youth. 

They have a heart for the unreached and are passionate about sharing the stories and testimonies of what God is doing in Puebla to impact the lives of children and entire communities. Karlee is serving in the marketing department, while Erick is serving as a Physical Education teacher at Nations School. They are excited to be faithfully walking in the mission and vision God has for each of their lives in their unique giftings to serve Him, and see true change in the lives of many people in Mexico.
