Pray

God continues to answer prayers, and move mountains for the ministries of Living Hope International. We have witnessed miracles in many lives as a result of prayer, and we rely on your prayers to support every aspect of this ministry.

Please pray for the children, youth, and adults God has placed in our path, that they may fully receive His love and mercy. We ask God for the healing and restoration of each child at Esperanza Viva Youth Home and their families.

Pray for the provision of good health, strength, vision, and resources for the leadership and staff to give all the glory to the Lord.

Pray for a great harvest of souls, that God will send out laborers into His fields that are ripe with people who need to hear His good news.

Prayer Requests: October 2022

We stand together in prayer because we know that there is hope in Jesus Christ!

“And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.”
– 1 John 5:14 ESV

Living Hope International

LHI Benefit

  • Thank you so much for your prayers for our annual benefit, “One More”. Our four events, (three dinners and a virtual program), were great opportunities to connect with old and new friends and raise important funds for the ongoing work of Living Hope.

Esperanza Viva

Newly arrived Children

  • In the past few months, we have rescued 16 boys and girls of various ages. Please pray that these new children would have a true encounter with Jesus that would bring them healing and restoration, and an added measure of grace for their caregivers in this time of many changes and adjustments.

Outreach

  • Please continue to pray for our outreach opportunities to San Martin Esperilla and the surrounding villages. Our weekly visits have served to build confidence between the families and our team, and have helped the discipleship to grow. We are excited to be moving forward with establishing a permanent mission base in San Martin Esperilla. Please pray that everything will go smoothly with getting the building started in the next few months.

Nations School

  • The school year is in full swing, with new methods in place as well as new staff and students. All the innovative ways of experiencing education are important for students and their families. Please pray that the parent-leadership communication continues to grow and make way for even more advances in the school’s presence in the community.

Nations Church

  • As a church body, we desire to move forward in pursuit of spiritual growth and discipleship. Please pray for the teachers in each of our discipleship courses which kicked off this fall, and for the new students enrolled in these classes, especially those who are new in their walk with Jesus. Pray for wisdom and guidance for Pastors Josh and Ivonne McNally as they lead the church staff and volunteers in everything God has for Nations Church in this season.

Nations Ministry Institute

  • Our Level 1 students will be going on their first mission trip to mission churches in Oaxaca. This is the first village mission trip for the majority of the students. We ask for prayer for their safety, health, and more than anything, that the trip would bring blessings to the missionaries and churches they visit while giving the students a deeper passion for serving God in missions.
